1. Contact Seller
Go to your order history and select the item. Discuss the issue with the seller and see possible solutions.
2. Apply for Refund
If you can't come to an amicable agreement after contacting the seller, simply raise a claim by opening a dispute within 15 days following the delivery of your order or the end of the package receipt confirmation period (as listed in your order details).
3. Get Money Back in 15 Days
Most sellers will return your money in 15 days, however; if it's not resolved, you can contact AliExpress from the order detail page to escalate your dispute.
Sellers that offer 'Free Return' service will have 'Free Return' icon on their item details page. With 'Free Return' service, you get 15 days (on top of the on-time delivery date) to decide if you want to keep or return the item for any reason, as long as they are unused, unwashed and in their original condition – complete with the original packaging, tags, etc. It's easy and fast:
- Return items locally and easily: 1) Get the return code or label, 2) wait for door-to-door pickup service or take your package to the designated service point and, 3) lastly, wait for the local warehouse to confirm receipt of your returned package.
- Remember to select 'Return Goods" while opening the dispute.
- Refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement.
- Items will be processed at a local warehouse, instead of being sent back to the seller’s country of origin (eg China).
- Not all countries have Free Return service. At present, supported countries include the mainland territories of the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Russia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Brazil and Israel.
- In addition, not all products on AliExpress.com include the Free Return service. The seller can choose whether or not to offer this extra service. Sellers that offer the Free Return service will have a label or icon on their product details page confirming this service is available.
Return Shipment Fee
- Returning packages via a designated local return service point or via a door-to-door pickup service is free.
- Note: You can only enjoy one-time free local return for one order. If you initiate multiple return requests under an order, you can only enjoy the free local return service once, and other return requests can still enjoy local return service but you will have to cover the return shipping costs to the designated local return address. Therefore, please consider returning jointly the products to avoid paying that additional shipping cost.
The seller must comply with other relevant legal requirements (warranty, return, etc.) that may be applicable depending on your location as buyer. For instance, in most EU countries you will generally have a 2-year legal conformity warranty and a 14-day right to return (please note that in case of return, the buyer must bear the cost of returning the products to the seller).

Our refund policy
If any of our products fall below the high standard you expect, we will happily refund or exchange it according to the terms and conditions set out below.
- Albazaar is unable to procure products: a reasonable time of 5 days from the date of authorization has to be given.
- Products faulty on arrival and non repairable.
- Products are lost in deliveries.
Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Bundle offers or “Buy 1 Get 1 free” offers: In this case you will have to return all the items in this offer.
- Refund settlement will take place once the returned product has been received back and a quality check has taken place, this procedure normally takes 4-5 days, then 2 business days to issue the refund. Please be aware that sometimes the refund will not show on your account until the next statement cycle is issued from your bank.
- We will refund the delivery charge in full if the product received is faulty / damaged and you return all products of your order at the same time. If you choose to keep some of the products, we will retain the balance of the delivery charge that applies to the products you keep.
- Please keep all items with their complete packaging and inside packaging intact if you intend to refund any items within the conditions set out. No exchange or refund will be considered without it.
All orders will be refunded if the product is received “Faulty / damaged” or within a 5 day period if the product is found to be Faulty in such cases the product must be returned with all correct packaging intact. (Contact customer services for courier uplift date)
After the 5 day window for refund of faulty products any product that becomes faulty after this period will be subject to the manufactures warranty,Albazaar’s customer support can assist in directing you so that after sales service with the supplier can be arranged.
Any product past the initial period of refund as set out above and after the manufacturer warranty period will not be eligible for either refund or exchange.
Courier delivered products
If the product was delivered to your home or office by a courier, we can arrange a courier collection for its return. Call customer services to arrange this. Please make sure courier collected products are well packaged for their return journey all outer packaging must be in the condition it was received in.

Premium Cigar Return Policy
All premium cigars returns are subject to our normal return conditions outlined above plus the following:
- In order to qualify for a full refund on a box or bundle of cigars, the entire box or bundle has to be returned in unopened and re-sellable condition.
- If you wish to return an opened box with missing cigars, the return will be treated on a case-by-case basis and is only subject to a partial refund, which cannot exceed 85% of the original purchase price minus original shipping.
- After a return has been approved please send the cigars back to us promptly to ensure that they arrive in the same condition as you received them. In general, cigars have to ship out no later than 2 weeks after receiving return authorization.

If you wish to return a purchased product to us, in order to make your return simple and prompt, we ask you to please follow these easy instructions:

- Request RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- Send item(s) back to TobaccoGeneral. Please make sure that RMA is clearly displayed on the package’s box. We recommend using a courier who provides package tracking and basic insurance coverage.
- RMA Received
- You’ll receive an email once your shipment is received at our RMA facility.
- You’ll receive another email once your package has been opened and your RMA has been reviewed & approved. It usually takes 2-5 business days from the time we receive your shipment to review and approve your RMA.
- RMA Approved
- If you requested a Replacement, a new order will be generated once your RMA is approved. You’ll receive standard email updates for the replacement order, just as you would for a newly placed TobaccoGeneral order.
- If you requested a Refund, a credit memo will be generated once your RMA is approved. You can expect the refund amount to be credited to your original payment method 3-5 business days later. The turnaround time for Refunds often depends on your bank’s policies for making the funds available to you.
- The overall turnaround time for a return is about 5-8 business days from the time we receive the shipment; (that is, 2-5 business days for RMA processing and 2-3 business days to expedite your refund or replacement).
