We are unable to modify an order once it has been processed. You will have to place an additional order.
Is there a limit of quantity or products in a order or quantity of orders placed?
A In the interests of all our shoppers, we may place restrictions on bulk buying of some products. Albazaar Market reserves the right at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity per person, per household or per order. The said limitations may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with the condition of a product that you receive from us, we’ll issue a refund up to 14 days from the date of delivery.
Refrigerated and diary must be returned within 48 hours of purchase. We are unable to except refunds for Fresh meat, seafood and products containing hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. All other merchandise may be returned within 14 days .
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Most refunds are refunded within 7 to10 days after we receive and process your return.

How does Albazaar Market safely package and ship meats, seafood and diary?
Our team of experts assemble all products including meat, seafood and diary in shipment boxes that are insulated in either 3D Foil Liner with ice packs or Styrofoam Liner with ice packs that are carefully shipped.
Can I request my meat or seafood a specific butcher cut? If not, what kind of cut do I get?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer customized butcher cut meat at this time but look forward to providing that service in the future. At this time we will be offering a large, medium or small butcher cut meat as described in the product description section. Seafood is sold as described.
